Ken,
This may be an IF filter problem. The IF shift via the LSB or USB filter
may be your problem and alignment may fix it but possibly not. I would
contact ICOM and send it back to them for repair. I would not take advice
from "shad-tree-mechanics". My opinion. These radios are very complex and
what may work typically on one radio may not work on the Pro,
