[ICOM] Interfacing Yaesu FT-1000 MKV Field to Icom PW-1

I did a similar cross-brand interface a while back - I wanted to use my 
ICOM transceiver with my Yaesu amp. I now have FULL automatic operation of 
the Quadra with my 756PRO. You might want to read over a description of
