[ICOM] Repair - ICOM IC-27A

My good old 27a squelch pot went bad, same symptoms as yours, not once but
twice during it's lifetime.  The only thing ever gone wrong with the rig.
Luckily when it first went bad I went ahead and ordered two of them, so I
had an extra one which I eventually ended up using.  I finally got rid of
the rig after I bought a 706 last year.
