[ICOM] Repair - ICOM IC-27A

A friend has asked me to fix a radio for him.  It is a near-new looking
IC-27A.  It has no squelch - just blows noise all the time but receives fine
when there is a signal.

I searched the ICOM site, but couldn't find any info on it.  I seem to
remember that radio having a squelch pot problem.

Anyone remember anything about it?  Probably won't get on the bench for a
week or two, but if that is a common problem for that radio I will order a
pot from ICOM ahead of time.
