[ICOM] Grounding

I think this is a little different.  It is called a meter socket protector.

The electric meter is removed and this device, about 7" in dia and 6" deep
plugs into where the meter did go and then the meter plugs into it.

It is rated for 225,000 amps

They are available at any electrical supply house, made by Square D and
others.  Cost should be about $25 or so (The one I installed 6 years ago
cost $19).  If you feel comfortable working inside a live panel, they are
simple to install.  If you don't feel comfortable, get an electrician to do
it.  Takes about 10 minutes.
