[ICOM] R-3 vs. R-10 ??

Hmmmm....   I cannot comment on either, as I do not have one.

But with your message I notice that the ICOM reflector now seems to be
passing HTML messages, AND the standard ICOM sig line is coming as an
attachment called ATT00004.TXT.  Things ARE changing!
