[ICOM] IC-706MkII Dimming the Light

You are right.  I was just hoping I was wrong. I am not interested in
making serious mods to the rig, but it would be nice to turn on and off
the light sometimes.  It wasn't designed to be a portable rig, just base
or mobile, which is fine, I can adapt! :)
