[ICOM] IC-706MkII Dimming the Light

SRI  Buck,

It appears that iCOM belives that this setting is one that is not
changed often so it is only acessed with a power off then power on
with the lock button pressed. (I suspect you knew that part already)
The only other option I could think of would require extensive mods to
the radio and would not be cost effective.
