[Icom] 746PRO Protection Diode Fix Confirm?

I just purchased a used IC-746PRO. It was at the Icom service center for a VFO knob problem in March 2003. Per the service center, in February 2003 the factory started adding the diodes in new radios and at the service center they also started adding the diodes to any radio that was in for service, but they do not have a document that states my radio had the diodes installed. They say they started in Feb 2003, so if my radio was there in Mar 2003 it should have the diodes installed, but the only way to make sure is to sent the radio back to them for testing, and there is no way I can look and see if they are in the radio.

So... does anyone know of a way I can confirm that the diodes are in my radio without sending it back to the service center?
