I disagree.  This reflector is not a free speech forum.  It is a private 
venue and you play by my rules just like you would if you were standing in 
my Living Room with my family and friends present.  If someone is offended 
by what someone else says and if I agree their offense was justified, we 
don't walk away from the offender, we remove the offender.

If anyone is offended by my stance on this issue, I suggest you leave now 
as I will give no more warnings before I start removing people from the 
reflector.

Again, for the hard of hearing, this reflector is not the Court House 
steps.  My house, my rules.
