[Icom] IC-746 receive filters

Bill, I owned a 746 several years ago, and while I can't comment
on the SSB filter, mine had the Icom 500 hz cw filter in the
first IF, and a 400 hz Inrad in the second. It was a nice
combination and made the 746 a decent little cw rig. My usage
was cw contesting and dx'ing, where you really need the filters.
