[Icom] IC-746 receive filters

The 500hz CW filter is just about right,  during a big CW contest like
sweepstakes or CQWW 500hz might even be a little wide and you might want to
think having a 350hz or 250hz

The 1.8hz ssb filter is ok but I don't think it is that big an improvement over
pass band tuning and normal ssb filters.
