I was surfing around this morning and ran into a Russian ham radio site. It
has a lot of manuals on it.

As I scanned down the manual list, I found it has the operating manual for
the IC78OO and the maintenance manual for it too.

The operating manual seems to be complete but the maintenance manual is not
complete.

Click on the flag of England to get a rough translation of most of the site
into English. The 7800 manuals are in English.

It has schematics on some items too. If you wondered whats in a MFJ-259B,
you can find the schematic here.
