[Icom] IC7800 Manuals

I was surfing around this morning and ran into a Russian ham radio site. It has a lot of manuals on it.

As I scanned down the manual list, I found it has the operating manual for the IC78OO and the maintenance manual for it too.

The operating manual seems to be complete but the maintenance manual is not complete.
