[Icom] Icom 4GAT Problem

Just picked up a 4GAT HT cheap.

After some cleanup, the radio works and I can store memories.
The problem is that when the radio is shut off for a min, and turned 
back on, the cpu resets and all the memories are gone.

Does this ring any bells?
