[ICOM] Fw: 706 euro/jap version

The HF mod for the 706 is easy. The VHF mod is not and I don't know if it
will help or not. It takes about an hour to do the VHF mod.

Before everyone jumps up and screams "It's only a diode" I said 706 not MKII
or MKIIG. Go look up the 706 mod before you say anything.
