[ICOM] IC765 Meter lamp

In my 765 I used a high-intensity white LED from Radio Shack.  It was
necessary to rough up the lens of the LED with fine emory cloth to get a
more diffused light pattern.  These LEDs are a bit pricey from RS ($3.99 or
so each), but can be found for much less at the normal parts sources.  A
series resistor is necessary to limit the current to the LED.
