I would rather suspect a rectifying junction somewhere in the near vicinity.
Double check all friction-type electrical connections, grounds, radials,
etc. Any corroded or loose connection can act as a rectifier and generate
the type of signal that you are hearing.
Filters can be homebrew from info in the Handbook, but eliminate the
rectifying junction issue first.
