Anything is possible, and the people at Icom are not 100.0% perfect. While
rather aggravating, I would send the unit in again and see if they fix it this
time. That they are willing to pay for the shipping is a good sign. I'm
willing to bet that they'll make it good; I've never had a problem with Icom
and repair, what few times I've sent radios in to them.
