[ICOM] Icom AH-4 Tuner

Sorry if I missed this in the recent posts re: the Icom AH-4 tuner.  Having
been stirred up, I'd like to try to use the AH-4 to connect a radio which
has no provisions for antenna tuners, etc. to a maybe 40' random wire
'antenna.'  I note the control cable which could be used with my
IC-706MkIIG, but what kind of an 'accessory' control will I need to build to
make it tune with the old Transworld, etc. to frequencies between 3.9 and
5.0 MHz?  If it can be done reasonably then I'll get one.
