[ICOM] PW-1 problem

Chuck, the 756PROII and the PW-1 will talk just fine at 1200 baud, and
therefore is completely at one with TRlog. I have used this combination for
years and even at 1200 baud, it switches quickly and reliably enough that I
haven't even bothered to bump it up to 4800 baud.
