[ICOM] IC-7800 vs Rohde & Schwarz EK2100L

Hello Group ,  I have a chance to purchase a Rohde & Schwarz EK2100L HF Transceiver. As of most "Utility Transceivers/Receivers it does not have all of the "Creature Comforts" that are engineered into amateur radios. This radio cost as much used as a new IC-7800 does. Is there anyone on the reflector that has operated both radios and can give me a comparison between the two. I plan on purchasing a 7800 after it has been on the market for a while just to check for any mods , rev-levs or Pro's but I am curious of how one would stack up against the other. This question is not for making a purchasing decision , its just for thought. 73 , Randy N5WV
