[ICOM] IC-718 in CW Mode

Thanks for the info. And the guy that started this thread, not his 100 year 
old "friend" should have read the 718 manual and set it up for his friend. 
That is what I would have done. All modern multi-featured, solid-state 
radios have a series of options, often in menus that must be accessed, and 
that can be fully understood and utilized only by carefully reading the 
manual.

All this talk about "dumbing down" ham radio by reducing Morse requirements 
is pathetic to me when it comes from hams who can't--or won't--read the 
manual on a new radio before operating it.
