[ICOM] IC-718 in CW Mode

Unlike N2SNJ, I have no experience in using the 718.  What I DO know is that
not every radio is as it seems.  Some are downright difficult to master,
like the menu system in the 706.  With so few controls on the 718, it too
might have some trickery going on.

Personally, I can't wait to hear what the "REAL" cure is!
