[ICOM] IC-718 in CW Mode

On the Kenwood TS600 (6 meter all mode) you had to
plug in the key, put it in CW mode, and then manually
flip the XMIT/RCV switch to XMIT.  Great 6 meter rig,
but not the greatest for CW contesting because of
this.
