[ICOM] IC-718 in CW Mode

This is getting ridiculous. I have never came across a rig in the last 30
years that would not send CW by just plugging in the straight key or keyer
into the 1/4 jack on the back of the rig and putting the rig in CW mode and
sending away. Man even the appliance operators can get this one rite. And
the 718 is the most basic rig there is!
