[ICOM] Lost PC Commnications with my 756PROII

Hi Kirk:

I know the serial port is working properly.  In order to make the Micro
Ham Band decoder work you must first use software to configure the
decoder.  You then upload the parameters to the decoder.  I'm able to do
that which confirms that the com port is working.

I'm going to re-check my settings again this evening. ie baud rate,
address, etc.
