[ICOM] Lost PC Commnications with my 756PROII

First, verify that the serial port on the computer works
OK with another device (like a modem, for example.)
I have simultaneously lost a computer serial port,
a TTL<->RS232 level converter, and a transistor on
the IC-765's CI-V circuit. This has happened twice
in ten years, with two different computers.
It is possible that the rig is OK and that only the
serial port on the computer is damaged. Let us know
what you find.
