[ICOM] New Pro III - Hold On Guys!

When the oil it's going to reach $50 per baril, it's nice to have some good
humour posted on the reflector. ICOM it's not the only manufacturer on the
market with  questionable design and testing processes, procedures and
methods. Yaesu or Microsoft are not better. ICOM should face same ethernal
question of any Product Line Manager: to release a very well tested and
(almost) bug-free product at a very late date or to get on market as fast as
possible before your competitors even with a 70% only tested and debugged
product. Who knows the right answer ?
