[ICOM] Programming the IC-W32A

I just compared the schematics that were posted here to a little interface
cable I built as a CI-V interface for my IC-706MkIIg. They look virtually
identical with the exception that the data line goes to the phone plug ring
on the OPC-478 vs. the tip on the 706 interface. Kind of makes me wonder of
the CI-V command protocol might be similar to the programming protocol for
the IC-W32A. Hmmm... Might have to give it a try.
