[ICOM] DualWatch not working: 775DSP

You don't want to know HOW I learned this one!  <grin>

You would not believe the QRM I was experiencing on a MARS net one night
with my 781.  I mentioned it to the NCS, and he said he had NO QRM.

Dual-Watch was on!  <BIGgrin>.  Learned THAT ONE the hard way too!
