That is not an outrageous bid for an IC-2KLPS, as hard
as they are to find. Worth much more than that in the
parts alone.
I read the description on it, and I, like Gary,
believe that the seller just doesn't know how to power
it up. The 2 pins in the power plug have to be
jumpered to turn it on. I bet it works fine!
