[ICOM] IC-2KL: Adding 10 Meters

I remember the front panel or bezel was out of production before I left in 
2001. You don't need the band switch when using an icom transceiver to 
drive the 2KL and it was always extra. The led is available, the one I 
installed the owner did purchase the led. It took me a couple of hours to 
install. That was after we rewrote the instructions. You will also need 
some 20 ga hook up wire for a couple of band switching voltage connections 
within the 2KL.
