[Icom] Icom 740 comments - automatic antenna switching

I used an IC-740 for years.  One interesting thing about it was that it
was one of the last models that still used a mechanical bandswitch, and
the switch in mine had some spare wafers.  Also there were some spare
pins in the accessory connector.  I added some jumpers so that I could
tell what band I was on from the pins on the connector.  I used this to
automatically control my antenna switching relays.  It was very handy
and kept me from transmitting into the wrong antenna many times.
