GENE IF YOU CANT GET IT GOING I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU CALL OR GO BY THE 
DEALER THAT YOU BOUGHT IT FROM.  MANY WOULD JUST SWOP OUT RIGS BUT THERE ARE SOME 
THAT WILL JUST TELL YOU TO SEND IT IN.  THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN THINK ABOUT 
THE RADIO IS TO USE THE CPU RESET FROM YOUR MANUAL GOOD LUCK.
