[Icom] Marine 402 MMSI unlock

Marc,
Icom now uses software to program the radio. If front panel programmable MMSI
it should be in the owners manual. I would not bet its available via the
keypad, but only via IC-402 programming software, thats how the " private
channels " are opened.
