[Icom] IC-706 shut down

I have to agree with Clif.  What adjustment..?  It is the way radios are =
designed.  At 12V, most radios, especially HF when run under full power, =
will sound like crap.  Solution, start the engine..!  Most like at least =
13V..!

A lot of VHF radios when run at full power will do other strange things, =
when the input is around 12V.
