[Icom] Interface for ICOM AH4 Antenna tuner

There is quite a description of the AH-4 and a universal interface at
http://www.hamoperator.com
It seems that the simple switch/led/resistor interface allows some
hot switching to occur and does not completely monitor the status
of the tuning operation.
