[Icom] Interface for ICOM AH4 Antenna tuner

Does anyone know if there is an interface available that would make the
AH4 tuner compatible with HF rigs other than the 706,718,746 etc.

I'm told there is a kit available perhaps. I would also be interested to
know if one is available "plug and play".
