Better off getting another antenna for 220.

Another antenna is the ideal route, but you'd be hard pressed to actually
notice the loss you'll be building up by using a duplexer to split your
2720's single output into two, and feeding them into the triplexer.
The total loss will be less than one dB. The tri-band antenna is
probably more of a compromise than the duplexers.

Overall, you're going for convenience rather than maximum
performance. Bill's mobile will beat you by a few miles in the
fringes, but probably won't blow your socks off. If you can accept
that, you'll do fine.

Me? My 220 antenna is in the hole in the middle of the roof. The
6/2/.7 tri-bander is on a lip mount back on the trunk. But I'm
using a two-duplexer arrangement to split my Icom 706's HF and 6 Meters
apart, and then couple a 2 Meter radio together with 6 Meters from the
706 out into a 5/8 wave 2 Meter antenna (did everyone know that works
well on 6 Meters? They really should call it a dual-band
antenna!). I'm happy with my car looking like a porcupine.

How about:

IC2710 to a 144/440 duplexer whose outputs go into 2 inputs of the
triplexer

and the 220 rig going to the 220 input of the triplexer

Then the triplexer going to your triband antenna
