[Icom] Part 15 and IC-706MKIIG

Thanks a lot Adam.  I never noticed the stickers on my PRO-II's.  I guess
because I'm usually looking at the back upside down from the top. ;<).
I hope they are not like mattress tags with severe penalties for removal.
It looks stupid on the top of the 706.
