[Icom] Part 15 and IC-706MKIIG

Hi Ken,

The FCC requires Part 15 compliance for all transmitters and transceivers
capable of operating above 30 MHz. For this reason, you will see a Part 15
sticker on your  IC-706MKIIG, but not on an HF-only transceiver.

Just received my new IC-706MKIIG and few days ago.  Why does it have a Part
15 sticker on it? I don't remember ever seeing this on amateur transceiver
before.
