[Icom] Heil HM-i mike wiring?

Here is way mine here is wired.  Looking at the 4 pin XLR connector pins,
flat side down, 4 pins, 1 to 4 moving counter clockwise, ie pin 1 on your
right, etc.   pin 1 to pin 6 of eight pin plug, pin 2 to 5, pin 3 to 1, pin
4 to 7.   Jim K4JAF
