[Icom] UPS Breakage Reimbursement

UPS was hit by a major scam over the last couple of years.  People would =
send their broken, old computers to an address, claim they had been =
damaged and demand full restitution, which UPS did originally.  After =
seeing the claims skyrocket they began tracking serial numbers and found =
one fellow sent the SAME computer 8 times, claiming a new one each time. =
They blew the whistle and are very leery about reimbursement on =
electronics even if the item is insured.  My source for this is a UPS =
fraud investigator so I assume it is accurate.
