[Icom] +Dusting Icom Rigs

Actually I went through Arkansas in 1975 and I could not tell the difference
between it and Texas. All the roads were paved and all the buildings were
modern buildings. I was a police officer then and the only difference I saw
was the hats the State Troopers wore. I wouldn't be caught dead in one of
them.
