I've bought a dozen or so from Sam's Club as far back at 2000.
Used for gifts for people in all US time zones.  They do GMT
and any of the 24 time zones.  They only update the clock if
they can hear LF WWV at about 0530 UTC. Within the last year
less expensive ones have appeared.  These only do US time zones.
Maybe check the clock before buying, some of the boxes are
labeled wrong.  Some of mine didn't say they'd do UTC, but
they do.  (I don't think any of RS's do UTC.)
