[Icom] Toyota firewall

I have a '99 Camry. In using the "power plug" I saw a 2 volt drop in power.
When I attached directly to the battery, I saw a .3 volt drop on transmit.
This is a 50 watt mobile rig.
Photos are available, to show you what I ended up doing.
