Do you think MO should be part of W5 land, or that AR and MS should be part
of W-zero land.

Coming from St. Louie, you know the history of Pierre the Frenchman - and
how the French have been screwing everyone for ferry rides and cab rides
ever since.

My 'pinion, is that there should be a special amatoor radio zone from
Southwest Pass in the Delta g'oine on up the Mississippi through Ark Kansas
and into the sweet sister of the south, Missouri.
