[Icom] PS Question

I've heard that one common thing between the 761 & 765 is the power supply.=
=20
My 765 started doing exactly what you're encountering. It took a lot of=20
work to get to the power supply board & there's a resistor(?) which is=20
about 3/32" by 5/32" by 1" & the Icom troubleshooting said to resolder it.=
=20
It also stated to be careful to not solder beyond the holes on each end of=
=20
the copper. That solved my problem nicely.
