Hi, Bill
In there, 0.1 Ohm big copper plate tend to lose good solder connection
with heat and what not.
Give a good soldering job at both end of that resistor. Also
electrolytic caps in the supply any
one has discolored or looks bulging?
Also the Molex connector pins(f and m) tend to get loose causing poor
connection.
